Delivery & Returns
The Order Delivery
• The order usually takes about 3-5 working days to process and get shipped from the date of order placement and get delivered within 5-7 days.
• Please note that delivery times of different items may vary according to the product type, category or range because some of the items are from amongst the designer range that are prepared on special orders.
• For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.
The Shipping or Delivery Charges
A flat rate of Rs.100 of Shipping/Delivery Charges applies on all the orders.
• With Peach and Pink Store, you don’t need to worry about anything and you can buy at complete ease. You can easily return all the items within 7 days of the order-receipt for a full refund of the item(s) purchased.
• A Return initiation has to be processed within the 7 days of the order-delivery and the physical return has to happen within 15 days of the return initiation.
• The intimate products like swimwear, bodysuits, under garments, etc. CANNOT be returned at any point in time.
• The sale items cannot be returned for a refund but can be exchanged for an alternate size.
• The refund shall be initiated after the item(s) are inspected and assured of being in the appropriate condition.
• The refund amount will be credited back to your Peach and Pink Store account as a voucher or credit points.
• In case there is a manufacturing defect with the item, it can be returned within 15 days of receipt and you will be refunded after the items have been inspected by our team.
• If a reverse pickup is unsuccessful after three attempts or more than two weeks after pickup was initiated for the first time, the refund request will be cancelled automatically. Similarly, if the product is self-shipped, and has not been dispatched by the customer-end after two weeks of the refund initiation, the refund request will be automatically cancelled.
• In the case of missing bank account details, customer will be granted points 4 working weeks after the refund initiation.
• If the Bank account details are provided, the refund mode can be changed to bank refund.
• We only accept genuine manufacture damage or fit/choice concerns for returns and refunds.
• For the items that are accidentally damaged by the customer, the return/refund won’t be accepted.
• Please take care of the packaging in case of self-shipment of the items for return and we highly recommend a trusted courier/shipment service.
• Try to use the original packaging for returns with all the tags provided attached with the item.
• You can inform the return along with the courier or the AWB number at email@example.com as soon as you self-ship the return-item.
• In case of return pickup by Peach and Pink Store, make sure you pack the items properly in the original packaging with all the tags intact.
• We will arrange a reverse pickup once for an exchange or refund for an order. Any reverse shipment charges other than the one time will be borne by the customer.
• Should you use the Return Form to dispatch the Return from your end more quickly, point D) will apply
• Please note that items on sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Please note that shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
• The shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
• The self-shipment charges will not be reimbursed in any case.
Return Procedure Guidelines

If you have opted for the pickup of returns by Peach and Pink Store, our logistics team would arrange the pickup within 48-72 hours of the pickup request. Please ensure your availability and shipment readiness for handing over the return to the pickup team.Some points to be noted
• We do not charge for reverse pickups
• It will take up to 2-8 working days to initiate the refund in store credits form or the bank refund form from the day we receive your parcel and inspect the item(s)’s condition
• You can use the Peach and Pink Store
• S credits or refund points in any of your future purchases with the Peach and Pink Store
• The sale items CANNOT be returned
• We currently do not facilitate international shipping
